Summary
The father of Joe and Tommy Governor Jnr. He was living at Singleton on James S. White's Gowrie property in 1890. In that year, he gave evidence in the assault case brought by Esther O'Brien against Jack Gordon. Later in the year, he was charged with wounding another Koori named Harry Greenway at Singleton. Tommy Governor died sometime before 1900. See Singleton Argus, 30 July 1890 and 13 August 1890
