Summary
This project involves two key parts. Firstly, it investigates the perceived and actual differences in the nature of community control, ownership and management of housing and how these contribute to community capacity in indigenous communities. Secondly, it shows how human service program integration in relation to housing assistance could best be improved to achieve a whole of government approach. -- from Executive summary
