- Summary of the full report; background and goals of project; research team included the Anmatjere Community Government Council, and took a collaborative Indigenist research approach; outlines the cultural water values of Anmatyerr people under five categories: 1) Anmatyerr law; 2) responsibilities and protocols; 3) economies, environment and education; 4) recreation and well being; 5) history of people and place; outlines ways in which cultural water values may be provided for: 1) water allocation; 2) use of Anmatyerr place names, protocols and language; 3) Anmatyerr access, input in land management and co-existence; 4) culturally based livelihoods and skills exchange; 5) water governance and participation; sets out water governance model and presents main findings in diagrams which involve mer = country, kwaty = water and tyerrty = people
