Summary
This video tells the stories of three Aboriginal people - Zona, Lexy and Mark - who have each enrolled in a TAFE course and have had their lives change as a result. They tell their stories in their own words, describing what they had to do in their courses, how they found studying and being "back at school" and revealing their fears, their feelings and their new found confidence. Pam Gill, Manager of the Aboriginal Development Division (ADD), also talks about how the ADD operates to ensure that there are relevant and well designed TAFE courses implemented for Aboriginal communities throughout NSW.
