Summary
Annotation., This Western Arrarnta Dictionary is a resource for anyone who wants to learn more Arrarnta. It is a guide for those who want to read and write the language. The text for this dictionary has been compiled from a number of earlier sources, and also some more recent ones. The Western Arrarnta Picture Dictionary, published in 2006, was just one of these sources. It contains about 520 keywords. See References. Words were collected from these sources and reviewed by Arrarnta first language speakers. The Western Arrarnta alphabet has been the foundation for this dictionary text, and the spelling of the words in it. The work of compiling a dictionary is a very big task. We anticipate that the foundation presented here will be expanded and built on in the future. The grammar of Western Arrarnta language has not been the first priority of this publication. It needs to be investigated more carefully at a later date. This publication is a step towards a bigger and more comprehensive dictionary
